Abstract

This research was done in aim to know the participation of Kutuh Villagers, South Kuta District, Badung Regency, in develop tourist attraction of Pandawa Beach. The result shows, in generally Kutuh Villagers, South Kuta District, Badung Regency have actively participated in develop the tourist attraction of Pandawa Beach such as : the participation in planning and regulation Pandawa Beach, the participation in maintain the secure ot the tourist attraction, the participation in promoting Pandawa Beach and also the participation in out come acceptance. The villagers who are not yet ready for changing at their life style from the seaweed farmer into tourism does. Related to the problem, it needs to be sosialized to the villagers to change their life style as tourism people. And also it needs to held languange practice so that can support the continuity of communication process with the tourists who come to Pandawa Beach.
