This study aims to analyze the leadership style and work discipline on employee performance with motivation as a mediating variable at Adhi Jaya Sunset Hotel Bali. This research involved 53 respondents.This study uses Saturation Sampling method. Data is collected by questionnaire, interview and observation. The data analized in Partial Least Square used Smart PLS 3.0. The analytical methods used are the Measurement Model or Outer Model (Convergence Validity, Discriminant Validity, and Composite Reliability) and Structural Model or Internal Model (Rsquare, Path coefficient). Based on the analysis that has been done produces a positive and significant influence between leadership style on employee’s performance, work discipline on employee’s performance, motivation on employee’s performance, leadership style on employee’s performance with motivation as mediating variable and work discipline on employee’s performance with motivation as mediating variable. The magnitude of the coefficient value of each variable shows a positive effect and with a statistical value greater than 1.96 (t-table significance of 5% = 1.96) which indicates that there is a significant influence between variables.
