This study aims to determine the performance of university tourism lecturers in Bali in terms of compensation, competence and motivation. Output targets to be achieved are able to produce scientific work published in journals that have ISSN and can be used as a reference in the development of teaching materials. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. Before analyzing using the model, the instrument test and classic assumption test are first performed as a prerequisite for the regression test. The population of this study was all tourism lecturers at Higher Education in Bali in 2019. The sample used in this study was selected using the purposive sampling method, using the criteria of the lecturers who were sampled in this study to have a minimum functional position of expert assistants and the sample selection was based on the condition that lecturers who have functional positions as expert assistants have collected minimum credit points in carrying out their roles as lecturers.
