Abstract

This study aims to: (i) Know the perceptions of Balinese tourists towards sapta charm, Sustainability and satisfaction, (ii) examine the influence of sapta charm on sustainability, (iii) examine the effect of this study using the SEM-PLS method with the Smart PLS 3.0 Program, with the number a sample of 66 people. The results showed that (i) tourist perceptions tended towards the application of sapta enchantment, Sustainability and tourist satisfaction in Thailand, (ii) enchantment sapta had a positive influence on sustainability, (iii) towards satisfaction and (iv) Sustainability did not support in mediating the relationship between sapta enchantments charm with the satisfaction of traveling in Thailand.
