Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the work stress of Food Administration students in the 2019/2020 academic year in the process of compiling reports on the job training during the COVID-19 pandemic. Respondents of this study were all students who had completed academic assignments in the Diploma I Education Program. AK Food Administration Study. MAPINDO for the 2019/2020 academic year, amounting to 45 students. The sample uses saturated sampling. Methods of data collection using interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The analysis technique in research uses the factor analysis technique. Respondents' answers will be processed using a Likert scale. Further analysis was carried out using a tool in the form of a software program SPSS 25.0 for windows. The results of the research on the factor analysis test showed that the factors that influenced the work stress of Tata Dishes students in the 2019/ 2020 academic year in the process of compiling reports on the job training during the Covid 19 pandemic were low job satisfaction, decreased performance, lost enthusiasm and energy and communication is not smooth.
