Abstract

This study aims to map the potential of local culinary in supporting the development of Blimbingsari Tourism Village, Jembrana Regency. This research uses a descriptive approach, and data collection techniques are carried out through direct observation (observation), interviews and literature study. The results showed that local culinary products that have the potential to support the development of Blimbingsari Tourism Village are Lawar Klungah, Ayam Betutu, Rujak Bulung, Nasi Campur Ayam Bali, Kolak, Jukut Ares, Tum Ayam, Jajan Wajik, Jajan Bendu, Bubur Injin, Tipat Cantok, Nasi Sela (Ubi), Be Pasih Mesambel Matah, Sambal Bongkot, Jukut Urab, Nasi Bubuh, Pesan Celengis, Pesan Kakul dan Jukut Plecing. The implementation of this research is expected to increase public awareness and increase the role of local culinary in supporting the development of Blimbingsari Tourism Village.
