IDENTIFIKASI ASPEK HUKUM DALAM PENERAPAN PROTOKOL KESEHATAN PADA ERA NEW NORMAL DI DUNIA PARIWISATA (Study kasus di Kabupaten Badung, Bali)

Abstract

The development of the Corona virus is of great concern to the world. The impact of this pandemic has been very widespread. Many countries that are affected are also experiencing serious health problems for their citizens also on the economy impact with the paralysis of existing industries. As long as the cure has not been found, one of the regulations used by almost all countries in the world is "Social Distancing" that is, restrictions on community activities in public places by keeping their distance from one another at least 1 to 1.5 meters because it will reduce the potential for transmission of the Corona virus."Social Distancing" is a real effort to limit the spread of Covid-19 by implementing health protocols in this new normal era. Its application has an impact also in Indonesia to Badung Regency, Bali Province. So it is necessary to have a good understanding of the legal aspects of implementing health protocols in the New Normal era in the world of tourism, so that we understand that its application is very necessary for our common health, especially since the world community panicked about Covid-19. Many countries have announced policies to stop activities in and out of their country, this activity restriction is known as "Lockdown". This causes transportation activities, both air, land and sea, to stop for a while, even closing tourist destinations in the country. The absence of this tourism activity has a very detrimental impact on the economy of Bali and Badung Regency, especially those who live from the tourism business, and as a result, many tourism industries and tourism support businesses that have been in business have gone out of business, This condition results in many Balinese people in Badung Regency having difficulty fulfilling their daily needs.
